Serious Business

Feeling professional.  My business cards were printed yesterday.  Look at that double-sided full-colour 80lb gloss cover - minimal Serif Font and overall dramatic look.  I feel like those douches in American Psycho.

All ready for the big show on Thursday.  So Excited

In other news - here's the first painting I've done since school.  This is what happens when you ask your friends what to paint: the magestic mug of Simon Schama.  Art historian and jowl wagger extraordinaire.  Not quite finished yet - definitely needs some gold leaf in there - so he can be gilded byzantine style.

I'm Done

Done. Done. Done.  So many things have happened in the past while I don't know where to start.  5 years of school have come to a close - And this last year of it was spent with some of the best, most crazy, talented people all shoved together in a big collective mess of paint and sawdust and toxic chemicals.   

Crits are over.  I didn't sleep for 2 weeks before and power slept after.  Parties were had, drinks were drank.  Prayers to Spagetti Monster were made.  Good times All Round.  <3 <3 <3
